Hi there, my name is Jenna Pomaville (24) and I am a videographer / photographer in the Metro Detroit area. I am passionate about capturing the essence of this beautiful life through various different areas like weddings, live music events, dance, nature and so much more. I created Live Colorfully Media. I have stood loyally by the idea of “Live Colorfully” for years, because I truly want to live the most colorful life I can. I ask myself, how can I embody a colorful life? What does living a colorful life look like? It’s about taking action. It is about making things happen and moving in the direction of my dreams. It is about going out and seeing the world in a different lens by truly experiencing life to the fullest extent. It is about gratitude & capturing the little things that make people feel something.

I grew up in the small city of Harrison Township located in Southeastern Michigan. I have played sports my entire life. Volleyball & basketball were the names of my games. I lived and breathed it. I learned that I was a leader on the court at a young age.Sports have taught me so much that I carry with me in my everyday life that I am forever grateful for. It taught me to be strong and resilient. I played collegiate volleyball for 3 years. I was a part of my university’s media outlet named Shield at Rochester University. I was the photography editor, social media manager & the digital media manager throughout my years at RU. I helped write articles, took photos, created cover photos for the magazine, helped design pages, created video content, and had my own podcast for Shield. I graduated with my bachelors degree in mass communication. I am now a real estate photographer/videographer at Next Door Photos and run my own freelance business "Live Colorfully Media". I’ve shot music festivals, countless weddings, filmed a dance production, countless concerts, yoga festivals, was the videographer for a radio station, and the list goes on. I love what I do. I truly do not look at it as a job. It is a passion and I’m forever grateful that I get to do something that I absolutely love. I strive to make/create content that provokes emotions and feelings. If I’ve done that, then I’ve done my job.
